I selected free shipping with my account, and at checkout, they offered me $1 off if I choose in store pick up. I didn't see the $1 discount when they selected in store pickup by default.
 
Although this is list price, judging from the NES and SNES Classic, you'd be better buying now than paying some scalper much more later on.
