Hello,

I was hoping someone might be able to help me on this.

Back on Nov. 29 of 2002 I purchased a 64 mb Soyo Cigar Pro from Fry's for $35. It was supposed to include a $35 rebate. I sent this in on Dec. 2nd however have not received the rebate. I was hoping someone might have a copy of the rebate form which includes the mailing information so I can contact them and inquire.

well contact the place you bought it from or soyo's site to download a copy of the rebate...sorry couldnt be more help...

I tried all the usual places, but since the rebate is so old there aren't any copies around. Oh well.

I apologize for your frustration in obtaining your rebates. We use to have another company take care of our rebates, but now we do not work with them. We are now taking care of the rebates. I would like to ask for your patience one last time and ask you to do the following:

Please fax us your:

-Rebate form
-UPC bar code
-Receipt

to (801) 761-6532. Upon receiving your information, we will process your rebate immediately. It may take from 1 to 2 weeks for you to receive your check.
