Use the $25 off $75 coupon . Then search for item 615853 to find the SpeedStream Wireless 802.11b + 4-Port Router priced at $87 - $25 coupon - $30 rebate [Exp 1/31] = $32 shipped.

Backordered

As of 5:55 PM EST, the speedstream wireless router referenced above (at least in the area encompassing the 08619 zip code) is backordered

In stock 11:45 PM, zip 68101

UPDATE: 1/17 11:00 AM, BO

How do you buy it at the zip that is not back ordered?

You mentioned it was avail at your zip. How can we buy at that zip without having to pick it up from there? Possible??

Haven't tried this, but read others that have...

login using other zip code, not your login name, add the item to your cart, then checkout with your actual address info, see if it stays in your cart.

They fulfill these out of regional distribution centers, and I'm guessing they lock you into that inventory when you login.

I ordered mine - I'm in NC (27000 - 28900 zip).

order?

hey folks,

With a rebate item, do you guys go ahead and order if it is backordered, and hope to get it in time for the rebate. or do you just forget the whole deal b/c it normally takes too long and the rebate passes.

your experiences would help.

thanks

Sure, just keep track and if it hasn't shipped by 1/31, cancel it. Might depend on what the rebate calls for. If the deadline is based on the date the order is placed, not the day it's shipped, you're okay. The tough deadline is the "must be postmarked by" date.

The bigger problem is OD will not allow the $ off $ coupon on a backordered item since the total doesn't equal the minimum.

Does the rebates work is its printed from online picture?

Just a generic question about these rebates... When you print it out from the online picture, are they usually honored? In general does the online rebate forms work or should I head out to the local store and ask for one? Thanks in advance!!

Does it work with the DWL-650?

The 2624 seems to have some nice features, but...

Does it work with the D-Link DWL-650 card (that is also pretty inexpensive)? I now have both and can't get the DWL-650 to see the 2624 access point. I don't have WEP enabled, have matching SSIDs, etc...

Please help!
