Not sure if it's me or not, but I'm at the beach on cable internet, however Spoofee seems to be running pretty slow. Anyone else having trouble?

If it's widespread, might be worth calling your hosting provider, Spoofee.

I'm not noticing any real slowdown.. Maybe a slight lag in initial page load, but that could be my computer being a lil !@#$%... At the beach eh? Lucky duck!

Yeah, I'm upset about leaving tomorrow but I'm going to Bethany Beach in Delaware on Sunday, although I'd rather be here in Long Beach Island, NJ. I think it's better now, I'm running on cable however I have a weak wireless signal so it was probably just me.

Are the New Jersey Beaches better than the California Beaches? I was wondering where to take my vacation this year

They're pretty fun, I have no idea how they compare to California though, never been there. I would assume that California would be better though. Most of the people here are from Philadelphia or New York, it's not really a popular vacation spot.

Yea, SoCal is cool.. The beaches are usually okay. They've cleaned up things quite a bit over what it used to be. There's still that same black guy in a white getup with guitar playin at Venice beach.. lol.. The only problem with out here is the !@#$%^& traffic..

It is running slow for me also. Forum takes forever to load, and then some of the images timeout.

I'm still at the beach, coming home tonight then going to the Delaware beaches tomorrow where I'll be on dial-up :( but I'm sitting right next to my wireless router hooked to my cable modem now. I'm not getting timeouts, but it's pretty slow. We'll see how it is at home, but I'm on Comcast, same ISP as at home and there's basically no difference in the two networks, so something is definitely wrong.

And here's where the pc guy comes out... How fast crap loads isn't fully dependant on your connection. Many things have to factor in to your browsing and loading speed. I'll be blunt and say 'try this' to see for yourself. Just remember each 'hop' is a server that your getting routed thru, and if their slow or down, you'll feel it in the end.

Open a Dos Prompt box (start>run> type: cmd <enter>) then type: tracert www.spoofee.com <enter>

Anything under usually 15 hops is excelent. The less the better. If you notice high reponse times or an * and the server is listed as being on your providers network, ring them up and raise hell, otherwise, there ain't much you can do except bitch to your monitor and wait until they figure out load balancing or get their network straightened out.

Personally, I've not noticed anything wrong with spoofee.com.. But I'm 19 hops out with a max response time of 115ms, and thats on a gnaps.net server..

Today seems to be good. I think the problem was fixed. :)
