If you have (or had) Sprint Wireless, here is the claim form to get either a credit on a current account, or a long distance calling card.

Once you fill out your information, it will generate the form for you to select what you are eligible for. The proof of claim form must be postmarked by July 12, 2006 to receive any benefit.

This settlement is just for former Sprint customers. You could check the site to see if they have any information regarding that, but the billing methods I believe were different between the two entities. I would be surprised if you were eligible, but I am no expert!

I heard about this. But it's only a $2.50 calling card for people who were subscribers after May 2003, so not worth it.

Honestly for me it's at $14 calling card. Big deal.../bleh.

Even for my company it's $19 over a year ...oh boy.

Not even worth my time to type up the form IMHO.

Well, lucky for you to be richer than the rest of us!:claps:

I received the "information card" in the mail to act on this a few days ago since I used to be a Sprint customer back in 1997-1998. I was going to act on it, but I have no idea what my old phone number was back then, and besides that, the amount I would qualify is hardly anything. I doubt it's worth the effort - unless someone has an idea of where I could look for that old phone number without much effort.

I had the same issue. I called Sprint (got the number from their website) and they were able to cross reference it with my name and social security number.

Luck!

Don't choose the second option, unless Im reading this wrong....

an immediate one-time invoice credit in the amount(s) of $15.00 (Benney Settlement Class) and/or $5.00
(Lundberg Settlement Class), as approved by the Court, with agreement to extend the term of the subscriber
agreement on the account for an additional two years
(Selection of this option constitutes agreement to an
additional 2 year term for the account under Sprint’s existing customer Agreement and Terms and Conditions of
Service posted at www.sprintpcs.com/common/popups/popLegalTermsPrivacy.html.)

So having nextel doesn't qualify us for this? Has anyone with nextel tried to claim?
