which catalog? there are 8 catalogs on viking.com

Don't use a scan. It has your address on it & thats the page they want.
 
Looks like the scan doesn't have an address on it, must be one of the catalogs sent in the box with an order rather than one of the catalogs sent in the mail. :) :claps:
 
Boo Hoo! Again I am LATE in responding to these offers....I think this Staples promotion has expired...when I went to the Staples site, there was nothing referring to mailing in the back cover of Viking catalog. Does anyone have any NEW information on how I might be able to get this deal. If not, boo-hoo....I should have read the deals quicker!! Darn!
 
I wonder if there were any cause there aren't any on Ebay.
 
the promo only worked if you had a catalog with your name/address on it. and yes, the offer has expired.
