Now staples has a $100 rebate for Intel based notebooks here. This rebate starts today.

The first two rebates viz Celebrate the savings and Maximize the savings apply for this product as it's a BTO. Each of them are $100.

So you have $300 in rebates. Now for the calculation.

$999-200-300(MIR). A nice lappy for $499. Can't beat that. Too bad i bought the ZE4101 just last sunday for $899. boooooohoooooooooooo.
 
Looks like the HP "maximize" and "celebrate" rebates both require the original UPC. ??? How about the Staples rebate from RebatesHQ?
 
Original UPC to Celebrate the savings.
Copy of the UPC to Staples and Maximize the savings.
 
If you happen to get more than $1499 worth of stuff you can add a $50 off with code 76343. I would not add $500 to save $50 but if you need that much more on your laptop or other stuff another $ 50 bucks won't hurt.
 
Can't Combine Rebates

Sorry, ShreeKarthik - but HP Customer Service says only one (1) rebate per laptop computer ordered. Cannot combine the 2- $100.00 HP coupons.

Still a good deal at $599.00

This is a stackable Staples coupon for $50. So you are saying that I will not get the $100 from HP?

There seems to be lots of debates on it. The guys who were on the HP ZE1201 deal should be able to tell us whether they got this rebate or not.

Well, both forms say they can be combined with other HP offers, so worth a shot. On where to send the original UPC, I spoke w/ the HP Rebate folks today on the ZE4101 deal. They said that a copy is acceptable if you send a note explaining why you don't have the original (e.g. needed for another rebate).

Already sold my ZE 4101 at eBay, so I think I'll grab one of these. Remember, there is a $50 off $200 coupon good through 12/25, which you can stack if you customize this computer to $1199 minimum.

The HP maximize savings are valid for purchase through Dec 2nd only. How will it work.Please,anone has the answer?
 
Spoke with HP Rebates CSR...they said only 1 rebate per purchased product. Maybe I will call again and see if I can get a different answer !

It has been extended to Jan. 6th, 2003.:) :)

The coupon code asks for a "16 digit" code after you enter it in. Apparently they are getting creative on us.

How did you verify that this rebate has been extended? If so, then do we just mail in the original rebate which expired on Dec. 2, 2002 ? Will HP automatically accept this? Thanks.

Now click on rebates in the left hand menu under purchase info. Choose hp pavilion notebook from the list and you should see that the second rebate has been extended till 1/6.

I went for this (got it for mommy for Christmas). My total was $1125 before coupons (I went to 512 megs for memory but kept everything else at base), but with 78469 ($200 off this deal if above $999) and 26463 ($20 off $50), it was $905, before rebates. I had no trouble entering the coupons, although I first tried with the dashes-you need to enter them without it. I also tried 76343 ($50 off $300), but it wouldn't take it, of course, because $1125-$999 is only $126. I also ordered the free after rebate floppy drive from hpshopping.com.
 
Anybody get this yet?

I ordered 12/23, promised delivery 1/15, not here yet -- "we'll send an urgent email" from Staples CS. Charged my cc the day I ordered.
