It works...you're probably on the wrong page. Go to 'order by number' above the search box. Your page should look like this.....then enter the ENTIRE code (with the TB at the end)

I tried two items above and came out fine.
The sale is limit 4. So, if you put 5, it will show up the regular price.

I ordered the 218354-TB it worked for quantity up to 4. After that they all went to regular price of $8.15 ea including the first 4.
