ELIGIBILITY: Starz Presents The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. ET September 16, 2006 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET October 23, 2006 (Promotion Period) and is open to legal U.S. residents (except residents of Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older as of Promotion Period start date. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Sweepstakes is intended for viewing and participation in the United States only, and shall be construed and evaluated only according to applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Entries will not be valid until received by Sponsor. Limit: one entry per address/household. The Walt Disney Co., Walden Media and their respective parent companies or subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders and agents are not responsible for any inaccurate or incomplete Vongo customer list, or for failure of Vongo to deliver or verify customer information. PRIZE DRAWING: On or about November 2, 2006, a random drawing will be held from all eligible entries to determine the potential winners. Limit: one prize per address/household. Sponsor will attempt to contact potential winners (via overnight or ground courier delivery) within 5 days of the drawing date. Potential winners must complete, sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release within 5 days of notification, or prize may be forfeited. Travel companions of Grand Prize winner (or parent or legal guardian if any travel companion is a minor) must also complete, sign and return a Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release within the same time period. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable or refused will result in entrant disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, the prize will be awarded to the minor’s parent or legal guardian and the parent or legal guardian must complete, sign, notarize and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release within the same time period. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will select winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received as of the termination date.
