Stay away from this company. I bought a Pioneer DVD burner from them. The drive died a few days after the warranty ended and they would not honor the warranty. And the guy on the phone had a smart mouth attitude. I called Pioneer and they said that Micro-Pro should have a 1 month grace period after the warranty. Well they wouldn't. Pioneer was good enough to do it for me so I had to ship the drive to them. Thank you Pioneer. :D

I have dealt with MicroPro on numerous occasions and have not had a single problem, except for slow shipping. Even with returns. You must have gotten a service rep on a bad day. I have even received free bonus items with a short note of "thanks for your patience" when orders were delayed.
 
Boy I spoke to 2 people and sent 2 emails and received the same stopper. I'm happy to hear you didn't get the same. They are a local company too so my friend walked in to buy something for me once and they were very rude to him. Thank you for the response.

Their resellerratings.com rating is not great, but still acceptable in my opinion. It would be great if you could post your rating with them...it really does help. Sorry to hear about your troubles. Its bad when a company has to treat people that way. I guess they don't realize that WE are the reason they have a business.

I just took the time to read a few of the individual comments and found a mixture of satisfied and dis-satisfied people...sometimes you just never know. I might stay away from them now myself.

Yep. That's them. Prices are good. Service is lousy if you have a problem. That is probably why you see a mixture of good/bad feedback. So it's up to you if you want to take a chance. Thanks for the blessings.
