How about a swapper section? (Wash those dirty thoughts out with soap, now ;) ) Actually, I'm thinking about more of a trade / swap section for freebies won but not needed. You know how it's oh so easy to get addicted to applying for EVERY free thing and, like Allure drawings specifically, many want what others got and vice versa. As long as the member offering the product is specific and honest enough about shipping costs and / or items for trade any issues should be minimal at best. What do you think?
 
:claps: I think it's a good idea. :hmm: I was looking for a coupon before and posted it on the original post page. :wave: Cardinalcrazy responded that she had the coupon and didn't need it. She said that she would be happy to send it, with nothing in return.:marshmallow: I said that would be awesome. I had offered in the post- that I would mail $5 to whoever had it.

Within days-I received the coupon from cardinalcrazy. :teeth: What a super spoofeer. In return I sent her a package containing 2 ulta freebies that she was searching for and having no luck getting , and the $5 she didn't want. :hail: Pay forward, you can make a lot of friends that way. :)

That's what I'm talking about - not a "freebie for fee" thing , just a "hey I got this and can't use it - who want's it?" section .... Share the wealth, my momma says......

Thanks Spoofee AND Kage! The setup seems great --- is there a way of letting all the members know the forum exists (general email?) I'm sure it will be well received and used by all! Thanks so much! :wave:

PS: the One concern I have iis the idea of "sale" (which I just noticed in the forum title, which was the OLD forum title, I think ....) I guess the idea I had might include a "sale" since it will include shipping fees?? ...Is that right? Since it's not a total freebie, it's a "sale"? That would be fair ....
 
I see trouble brewing on this one. People have a hard enough time on ebay exchanging money and such. I just don't think this is a good idea. Now for small things that take 41 or 42 cents to mail...awesome. If mailing out of the goodness of a heart but actually exchanging money??? I don't know. But please don't get mad. Just my opioion. We all know what opinons are like....everyone has one.....you with me? lol

Like eBay, you should know who you are dealing with. I've actually sold quite a few things here, including harddrives and more expensive items. I don't think anyone would trust sending a substantial amount of money to someone new to Spoofee or someone with a squirrel as an avatar. (I joke! I kid! :p ) Plus the mods are very particular as to what is posted in the For Sale or Trade section. I believe you still need your things to be approved there before it shows up, unless Kage_ changed that too.
