One Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a trip for four to New York City to attend an MTV.com-sponsored live concert which includes: (a) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests (the "Guests") between an airport of MTVN's choice near Grand Prize Winner's residence and New York, NY; (b) hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guests for two (2) nights in or around New York, NY (costs for room and tax only based on two rooms with double occupancy) (meals, telephone calls and other incidentals are not included); (c) roundtrip ground transfers for Grand Prize Winner and Guests between airport and hotel; (d) admission to an MTV.com-sponsored concert and (e) a total of $500 in spending cash.
