Survey site question

Has anyone ever signed up with Expresspaidsurveys.com? You have to pay a fee, but they do accept paypal. I have found several good reports on them and only seen 1 bad report, but I can't view the bad report because it always locks up my computer. Just wondering if anyone has signed up with them and taken surveys. Is it worth the money?

I wish I could help you out but I've never heard of them. They make you pay a fee? I could be wrong but any survey site that makes you pay a fee is probably best not to sign up with. I've heard that alot of those are scams.
