Math > you

I clicked on the link and it says $60, not 45, so there's no MAKE after the rebates

so in order to get the upgrade rebate i have to go buy an older(not needed) verson of this?

To get the $20 rebate you must be a "previous owner of a stand-alone, retail (box or downloaded) or pre-loaded version of any Norton/Symantec software or another company's antivirus, firewall, antispam, antispyware utility or back up software product".

Just an FYI both the $25 and the $20 rebates come as Visa gift cards.
And, you have to download the rebate forms from your computer, they don't come with your purchase. I just ordered one.

Both Rebates are asking for "Original Proof of Purchase" UPC code and
Photo Copys will not be accepted.
How do you pull that off?

For the $20 rebate "Proof of Purchase in located on the top inside flap of box"
For the $25 rebate" UPC is a 12 digit bar code found on the bottom of the box"

I look for this rebate each year when we renew our Norton software. It is somewhat of a complicated rebate (not for the faint of heart!)
