I am still holding out on getting a DS. Maybe I'll get the new smaller DS when it comes out.

When the smaller one's out, the original one should get cheaper, so it'll become a more interesting decision for you. =)

I haven't held the smaller one, but the original one isn't bad. The Lite one isn't remarkably smaller than the original, unlike the Gameboy Advance SP release.

how slow is the dialog in the game? the one for game cube took forever for the little guys to talk and that took some fun out of the game for me other than that it was cool?
