I don't know how long they're doing this, they had already started to stock the shelves with the "new" brand stuff (in most cases the only difference between seemed to be color/packaging). But if you're into detailing I suggest you check out Target in the next day or two.
I checked the target in fargo but they only had a small selection of stuff on clearance, not the stuff he was tlkaing about. It's worth a try.
