Prime rib is not choice grade - to be called 'prime' rib it must be graded prime beef by the USDA. This clearly says choice, not prime.

Not your fault, but this Deal is completely ridiculous, I can't find the USDA Prime Rib Roast at any Target in or near my area. The target employees at a couple of locations told me that the item is not set up in their system.
 
I went to three different Target stores today, and another one yesterday. Not one of the four stores had one.
They also had a half priced ham and butterball turkey to. None of the stores had those items either.
