Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $10,000 shopping spree on homedepot.com. The prize will be awarded as follows: Within five (5) days of Administrator's receipt of winner's completed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, Administrator will forward to the winner a prizing template form (the "Form") together with instructions for completion of the Form. After receipt of the Form, winner must visit homedepot.com and obtain the internet/catalogue numbers, product descriptions and prices of all products that winner is selecting as part of his/her shopping spree; winner may only select homedepot.com in-stock merchandise. Winner must then fully complete the Form, providing the internet/catalogue numbers, product descriptions, quantity and prices of all such products. The winner may return only one (1) Form and may not edit, revise or up-date the Form after he she has submitted it. Winner must complete and return the Form within three (3) days of winner's receipt of the Form. The total price of the products listed on the Form cannot exceed $10,000. If the total value of the products listed by winner on his/her Form equals less than $10,000, then winner forfeits the balance. Winner can only purchase one (1) Home Depot gift card with a value of up to $500 during the online shopping spree. The winner must select all in-stock products during the period of selection. If a product becomes unavailable, then the Sponsor will notify winner and work to select a new product of equal or lesser value. Sponsor is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling. Winner must comply with all the terms and conditions of this prize. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,000.
Instant Win Game prizes:
TWENTY (20) FIRST PRIZES: $100 The Home Depot Gift Card (terms and conditions apply). ARV: $100.
TWENTY (20) SECOND PRIZES: $50 The Home Depot Gift Card (terms and conditions apply). ARV: $50.
TWENTY (20) THIRD PRIZES: $20 The Home Depot Gift Card (terms and conditions apply). ARV: $20.
Odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of eligible prizes available divided by the number of Instant Win Game plays.
Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.
Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
