Prize: Funjet Vacations getaway in Mexico’s beautiful Riviera Maya, a prize valued at approximately $4980 ($1245 per person). Prize includes:
Four nights accommodations for 4 at the all-inclusive Iberostar Paraiso Maya (single quadruple- occupancy room)
Round-trip airfare for 4 from a Funjet Vacations departure city in the Continental U.S. serviced by United Airlines (chart/value economy airfare)
Round-trip ground transfers between Cancun Airport and Iberostar Paraiso Maya

to answer trivia questions about that Wednesday’s show. If you answer all the questions correctly, you can enter for a chance to win the above Prize. You must submit your entry by 11:59 pm ET on Tuesday, December 1, 2009. Sponsor KWP Studios Inc. (“Sponsor”) will randomly select the name of ONE (1) winner by end of day Wednesday, December 2, 2009 from all of the eligible entries received.
Eligibility: To enter you must be a member of Club RR. No purchase necessary. One entry per Club RR member per Wednesday – Tuesday week cycle. Entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or Washington, D.C. Employees, officers, and directors (including such persons' parents, spouses, children and siblings and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, the Rachael Ray show, Watch Entertainment, Inc., Scripps Networks, Inc., Harpo Productions, Inc., Funjet Vacations, The Mark Travel Corporation, LaMacchia Enterprises and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or agencies (collectively the "Promotional Parties") are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of eligibility.
Trip Restrictions and Requirements: Trip must be taken between 1/8/10 and 12/15/10 and is based on availability. Departure days vary based on airline’s schedule. Blackout dates will apply, which include federal and major recognized holidays and convention periods. Any other incidental costs and/or expenses not specifically listed above are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner, including without limitation, all taxes, fees and surcharges, transportation to and from the departing airport, meals and gratuities. Winner will be required to use a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in for all incidental charges including food. Government-imposed per passenger travel taxes of approximately $125.00 per person are not included and are payable by winner and/or travel companion(s) prior to travel. Taxes, fuel and other fees are subject to change upon notice from Funjet Vacations and are nonrefundable. Trip is non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. Once a reservation is made through FunJet Vacations, no changes are permitted. In the event the Prize, or any part thereof, becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar type and value (including without limitation, rescheduling the trip for a later date). Winner is responsible for providing all necessary travel documentation, including passports. (If passports are not presented at time of trave, there will be no refunds or extensions.) IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING NEW PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL: As of January 23, 2007 all international travelers must present a government issued passport for U.S. Customs re-entry after air, land or sea travel. www.dhs.gov. Married or divorced women traveling under names other than what is printed on their travel documents, must supply a marriage license and/or divorce decree. If winner’s travel guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address provided in his/her Club RR membership. Winner will have two (2) weeks to confirm his/her intent to accept the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternate winner in the event the first winner does not confirm his/her intent to accept the Prize within two (2) weeks. Sponsor will provide Promotional Parties with the confirmed winner’s name, address, phone number and email address for purposes of awarding and coordinating the trip. By entering, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor and Promotional Parties by telephone, email and/or postal mail.
Additional Requirements, Restrictions and Information: By entering, each entrant agrees to this Website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. Entrant agrees that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising in any way from the Giveaway and that all of Sponsor’s decisions are final. By entering the Giveaway, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and all of the Promotional Parties, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, successors, assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents and shareholders, from and against any and all claims, causes of action, demands, losses or liabilities of any nature whatsoever which may result, directly or indirectly, in whole or part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize or any part thereof.
