November 17th 2006..are you ready?

I was curious how many of you guys are buying it with intentions of selling it for a greater value.

This type of business is very lucrative as seen with the XBOX360.

So knowing that the Playstation 3 is going to be $500 and $600 depending on which package you purchase....How much are you re-selling it for? ;)
 
It's insane how it always happens.

Since it's coming 11/17. it'll probably happen again. People wanting the PS3 for Xmas gifts... people willing to pay anything for them.. yes.. it'll happen again.
 
What its being resold for isnt determined by a seller, but a buyer.

Why not look at Ebay, they probably have some presales there already.
 
I think it's a waste of money to buy these systems when they first come out. I will probably get my Xbox360 this year around Christmas b/c I bet they will drop the price when PS3 & Wii comes out.
 
I'm the 11th on a waiting list, hopefully I'll get in time before Christmas... I plan to re-sell to highest bidder, let the supply and demand rule ;)
 
I've talked to my wife about this and we probably will buy a couple and sell them on ebay. Definately an easy way to make money if you can get your hands on a few. When the 360 came out I had a few people offer me over double what it was worth to sell to them. Who knows, if they are only going to release a relatively low amount then I may not have to do any investing in the stock market. :tongue:
 
I prefer not to buy first versions of consoles, they always come out with another model that works better. Plus, I prefer modding mine.
