I've got two of these for my business and they are absolutely great! I wish they made these for EIDE connections.
 
this is a really a good external device, since it saves u the trouble of opening your PC case. All you do is just plug transfer files and when its full swap to a new HDD.

This is same exact device as the sumbeam one which I got.
