Tivo or RePlay TV deals

I'm looking for the best deal on RePlay TV or Tivo. Don't seem to be any rebates or coupons on Tivo right now. RePlay has a $50 coupon. Buy.Com seems to have the best deal on RePlay right now but I'm looking for a better deal. Any leads would be appreciated.

Cable service

I have cable service and live in a condo so a satellite dish is out of the question. I would get the Direct TIVO if I could since it is about half the price. I am not desperate enough to move so I can have a satellite dish TIVO system so I have to go the cable route. From what I have read so far, I think I want Realplay TV over TIVO but will go with whatever has the best price. Buy.com has Realplay for $299 with a $50 rebate and 2 $10 coupons off plus activation. Looking for something better.

Condo owners and satellite dishes

There is a federal law out there that makes it illegal for condo associations to refuse satellite dishes. You may be somewhat restricted where you can put it but it's worth checking out.
