I don't think it will work. The rebate is the save as the savings at Amazon. Zappos might jsut tell you that Amazon is just giving you instant rebate while Zappos is mail-in. The savings would be the same except Zappos just little bit higher in regular pricing of this unit. If anybody does get the savings, I want to know about it.

The rebate form says "Offer is NOT valid at the retailers ... including .... Amazon etc". So technically the offer is valid as Zappos since its not giving instant GiveGive. But anyway, as the other poster said, I highly doubt if Zappos does pricematch.

It would definitely work. Zappos actually price matches by 110%. Only problem is the one on Amazon is the ONE-XL and the one at Zappos is the ONE-XL-S, a newer model. Other than that always check w/ Zappos cuz they do price match and free shipping both ways, so if you decide you don't want it, its free to return. Plus free shipping. All in all Zappos is a great company

Zappos does price match by 110% and free shipping BOTH ways. Only problem Amazon has ONE-XL and Zappos has ONE-XL-S. Amazon has the same as Zappos for $340 minus the 110% pricematch and the $100 rebate, total should be $206. still not bad

I called Tom Tom today (01/04/08), I asked if zappos.com was a valid retailer and they told me no. So this rebate for wil not be valid for Tom Tom products from zappos.com.
