Tomtom ONE 3rd Edition GPS for $119.99 Shipped After Rebate

I have one of these and I have to say I love it. I paid $140 day after thanksgiving and it was worth it. The map share option is pretty cool and will be even better once more people get online with this model.
 
If I didn't already have a Tom Tom 700 (two year old technology) I would buy this one. A friend of mine got this one at Christmas and loves it.
