BNSF, do you work for them? Could you say why/how this would be better than, say, picasa...which is already free?

I don't need, cause I have Photoshop.

For all: this only works on a PC (not Mac)…here are system requirements:

FREE Alternative for more detailed photoediting

I used to use photoshop, but it was just too expensive to upgrade to the latest version (especially since I got my first with a student discount of over 50%).

Now I use Paint.NET, a completely free photoediting software package that is available for Windows.
