I ordered 2 of the Barbie Blackboards and the shipping was 15.58!!! So the total was 26.00. It's not eligible for Amazon Prime. Bummer.
 
King Kong Playset is $10 not $5.29. Elmo is $8 and change too. Still not bad prices.

That's odd, it came up as free shipping for me.
 
A lot of these items (and more) have free shipping. You just have to look for the logo. It's confusing, though, because there seem to be two different FS logos.

Not sure why you were charged for the Barbie blackboard thing--it still says free shipping. And that shipping seems really, really high.

I ordered the Crayola thing (not sure what's in it, but Crayola is universally expensive, so I figured this would be good, and I need new crayons), and the shipping was free.:D

Alright, I just went and put two of the blackboards in my shopping cart, and the shipping was free. I switched to two-day shipping, and it turned into $15.53 (maybe $.05 off what you were charged because of destination?) So it looks like somehow you wound up with 2-day shipping. Anyway, if it hasn't shipped yet, I'd cancel the order and try to place a new one.
 
OMG, yeah, for some reason when I check out I automatically get 2 day shipping. Thanks for the head's up - that's a little embarassing. :o
