Open to US 18+; one entry. This is a photo/essay contest. Essay Format and Photo Rules: Have you made a dramatic change in your physical condition, your job, your lifestyle, your education, your community etc. Tell us in 500 words or less, What has been the most important transformation in your life and how it impacted you. Essay must be in English; essay must be typed or handwritten and legible, must be the original work of the entrant, must not violate any copyright or other rights, and must not have been previously published. You should submit a picture of yourself, preferably 3” x 5”. You can submit only one photo. Those entries not submitting a photo will not be entered into the judging. Entrants submitting a photo on-line should follow these directions. Photo should be submitted as a j-peg file. PRIZES: GRAND (1) Awarded to the finalist who finishes with the highest total number of votes during the voting period. A 7D trip for two to Paris France including round-trip coach air transportation from airport closest to winners home, 7 days and six night hotel accommodations at hotel of sponsor's choice, transfers to and from the airport in Paris and $500 in spending money plus a $10,000 Kohl's shopping spree. FIRST: (10) Four (4) day Three (3) night trips for one person to attend a celebrity hosted fashion event in Los Angeles on or about October 9, 2006. Sponsor will provide exact date.
