Thank you for taking part in our online survey today. The topic today are professional styling products. We very much appreciate you sharing your expert opinion and experience with us.

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, so when you are ready to take it, be sure you are able to allot at least 10 minutes to complete.

If, after completing this survey, you qualify for the rest of our study, you may be selected to receive a professional styling product to use in your salon. In this case, after using the product on your clients and completing the follow-up survey, you will receive $15 in appreciation of your time and for sharing your expert opinion with us. I was filling this out for my mom; she works by herself and I think that disqualified her.

I tried again...that's a no go in Alabama.

Dang it!....we can't alcohol, "toys", or hair products in the mail!!......we can't get anything fun at all here.
