Turn Khypermedia 48x24x48 drive into 52x24x52 FREE!!!

Wouldn't you want to turn your recently obtained Khypermedia 48x drive FREE from Office Max into 52x drive with one click of a mouse?
Well..., now you can! With a firmware upgrade.

THIS IS AMAZING!

First of all, make sure the box save firmware C.FZ. The drive is made by BENQ. Go to www.benq.com and donwload firmware upgrade under CD-RD firmware for 5224W (filename is ffz.exe). let it run it Windows interface, WAIT until it finishes completely and displayes new firmware (F.FZ). THAT"S IT!!!!

Go to Nero and your drive is now 52x24x52, burns with a speed of light AND now supports Mount Rainer.

Now, what do you all think about them apples?!

geh! doesn't work on my cendyne. and its probably dangerous, like overclocking.

Over-Clocking isnt dangerous, but over-clocking without a proper cooling system is dangerous...

Haha and i'm assuming most people DONT have a drive cooler for their CD-RW drive, so that's dangerous... =P

BUt over-clocking anything, as long as you have proper cooling, it's all good!! =D Just dont keep your computer on 24/7 let it rest when you rest...
