I HAVE IT , AND IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO LISTEN TO A CONVERSATION AT TIME , I WENT TO THE STORE AND I EXCHANGE IT AND STILL I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM , I WENT TO MY FRIEND HOUSE AND HE HAD THE SAME ISSUE , BUY IT IF U WANT , ITS FREE AFTER A REBATE BUT IT'S NOT WORTH A DIME

So technically you're out of luck anyway you put it, right?

You have a POS phone for free and yet if you don't get the rebate money back you're at a $50 loss for that same POS?

When I print the rebate form, the part where I am supposed to insert my name and address doesn't get printed. I wonder if anybody has ever received the promised $50 rebate? I have called Circuit City, and could get no help. I have also sent them two emails and have not gotten any response.
