If you download the rebate form, you will see it clearly mentioned that the product must be bought between March 1 and March 31.

Can someone clear about it?

Limit One Product per Household or Address...

Be careful to note the limitations of this offer! Since it has been going on for a while, I checked my rebates and noticed that I used this form in January for a PCN300 10/100 PCMCIA Adapter from Outpost. Therefore, I cannot get this item even though I would love to have it!

I was unable to purchase it online, so I called the customer service number, and was told that someone bought over 300 of these this morning to finish their stock. As this is a discontinued item, they wont be getting any more.

It is showing as available right now, so I guess they got more back in stock
 
They are cancelling the orders, "not available" even though they are still have it forsale on the website. I don't know why they don't offer free shipping just to make the deal look better if they are not going to deliver.
