I have recently purchase a Blackberry 7100g, it was a Cingular (AT&T) I have T-mobile. It took three (3) weeks for them to unlock/unblock the phone and 17 calls later! My Pearl was misplaced/stolen/lost and I was bound and determined to have another Blackberry, so I got this one cheap, because my contract didn't run out for a long time, so I went the less expensive route. Even tried E-bay, but trying to create account there is like a act of congress.
The first 15 calls state they do not unlock phones, finally spoke to technical support, they did assist me. Went on some google searches, and I didn't want to pay for the unblock/unlock codes. Wow I guess I just needed to VENT.
