The thumbs calendar, clean room calendar, and potty training calendar are intended as toola for positive reinforcement for your kids.
If your child has a thumb sucking problem, and you want to get them to stop, then you explain to them that the calendar (which should go on the rerigerator door or some other easily accessibly place) is there to remind them not to suck their thumb. And that for every day that goes by that they don't suck their thumb, you will initial the appropriate space on the calendar. If they can make it two weeks without sucking their thumb, and you sign all of the boxes, then they can take the sheet to CEC and get 10 free tokens. But if you catch them sucking their thumb, you won't initial the calendar that day, and they have to start over from the beginning.
The same thing applies to the other two calendars, if your kid is having trouble with potty training or keeping their room clean.
