Update -> Free goodie bags from usa debt professionals on facebook to first 8k

I just checked & it's at 5505 now. Does that mean if they don't hit 8000 they aren't sending them out? Maybe I'm just in a cynical mood but I don't get why they are sending all these goody bags out to people that may not even be potential customers.
