Sprint recently made a change to their billing itemizing out each individual line instead of lumping the plan charges together on the main line. For most folks this doesn't change anything however if you have any discounts (Company discounts for example) like I do then it causes a change to your monthly bill. As a result they give you 45 days from the date of your last bill to switch carriers with no ETF if you want. For me the cutoff is April 15th, not sure if everyone else is on the same billing cycle.
Just call up and follow the IVR to cancelations or contract questions. I was able to do this as was another person from my work.
