I have ordered one on previous deal on 3/6/07 and received in few days.
here is the problem. they require to submit an original UPC.
but i can't find the UPC from anywhere.
i tried to contact buy.com via email, but no response, other than autoreply email.
i emailed them again, but still no response (been 3 days).

anyone know phone#? or finding UPC?

UPC bar code is in the plastic wrap; you shouln't miss it.

I ordered the same thing too, cept mine didn't have a plastic wrap. The UPC code was on the paper that held the memory card. You know, the paper that runs the entire length of that hard to open plastic container.

the grey plastic wrap was plain though.
no manual, no separate paper.
all i received was the memory card in a case in a grey plain plastic wrap and a receipt from buy.com.

i emailed to buy.com over and over again. but STILL NO RESPONSE!!!
auto reply email says that they will response in 24 hours.

Don't use buy.com and rebates for us modular

This company has no contact info. emailing us modular rebate 20 times and not one response.

I've tried to call them, and email them. I get nothing.

They basically stole 17$.

Buy.com emailed me back saying they are looking into it, but after that, and it's been weeks, nothing.

I also got this plastic case the microsd card was in. I supposed that was the upc symbol on it. It was a barcode, that was it.

I would never use them again. Buy.com partnered with this company and is of no help whatsoever.

I've asked them for a phone number, no reply, I've looked on the usmodular website and they have a number there, called and it's endless voicemail that keeps on going to the main number.

SOooooooo stay away from any usmodular rebate stuff.
