USB key deals, preferably 128+ mb

Wanting to buy a USB key ... any good deals please lemme know. I'm shooting for 128 mb, but whatever really works for me.

usb 2.0 128mb

i just got one from atacom.com. i know you guys are probably looking for a good deal, but more important for me was the size and appearance of the key drive, since i was going to be carrying this thing around on my keychain. i got usb2.0 128mb for around $40 shipped, and its about the same length as my cvs extracare key-chain-card-thing, but only about two thirds wide. of course it is thicker than the card... you can call and ask for a specific color also. and it works, just like any other usb flash drive. hope this helps!
 
Here it is

Just came across a 256 mb USB 2.0 one at BB, normaly $80, on sale right now for only $50. Search on the BB site for SDCZ2-25607 and you'll see it. Nice looking as well.

Edit: Just FYI if you wanna order this, it's on backorder.

heh, I got a 64mb for $8 after rebate from Office Max a week or so ago :)
