Does any one know of any websites that has great vacation deals???

i have searched and searched for the best deals for vacations and have always found expedia to be the best prices and very reliable ..i have used them 5 times now

We don't travel often, but when we need to book hotels for family events we select the hotel we're interested in and go direct through the hotel. We find that if you go through Expedia or the others, there's more of a markup and you can try to negotiate the rate when you talk to the hotel company themselves.

travelzoo and tripadvisor are really good.
Both sites will do an instant search of expedia, orbitz, etc. Saves a ton of time. :D

I've used Priceline and Skyauction.com on several vacations and saved hundreds on lodging and rental cars.

http://p070.ezboard.com/bpricelineandexpediabidding gives some good tips on getting the best deal from Priceline. That website keeps a list of what hotels are available and what the going rate is for bidding on them.
