This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Kroger, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and agencies and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each are not eligible. A valid email address is required to set up an account, activate the design tool, and submit a bag design, or otherwise participate in this contest. A valid Kroger loyalty card is not required to participate in the contest but is required to receive a free standard Kroger reusable shopping bag. All participants who enter an active Kroger loyalty card during the sign up process and successfully enter the contest will automatically receive one electronic coupon loaded to their Kroger loyalty card. The coupon can be redeemed in a Kroger store for one standard Kroger reusable shopping bag (retail value at $0.99). Limit one per household. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
