One (1) Grand Prize:
If the Grand Prize Winner is not a resident of Florida or New York, he or she will receive a Grand Prize package consisting of one of every prize that Ellen gives away during her "12 Days of Giveaways" taking place during the month of December 2008 on Program dates selected by The Ellen DeGeneres Show. If the Grand Prize Winner is a resident of Florida or New York, he or she will receive one thousand dollars ($1,000 USD). A description of each of the "12 Days of Giveaways" prizes, and the approximate retail value (ARV) of each will be available online at:

Twenty-five (25) First Prizes:
A prize pack from the Program that includes one (1) Ellen t-shirt and one (1) pair of Ellen underwear. Approximate retail value of each First Prize Package is $40.00 USD.
Limit one (1) prize per person.
Each weekday (Monday-Friday) during the Sweepstakes Period, the television show "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" (the "Program") will introduce a featured celebrity guest star. To enter the Sweepstakes, watch the Program each weekday during the Sweepstakes Period (check your local listings for the time and station), note the name of the featured celebrity guest star for that day and submit the featured celebrity's name and the date that featured celebrity guest star appeared on the Program either online or by mail as instructed below. Participants who are not able to view the Program may obtain the name of the featured celebrity guest star and the date that featured celebrity guest star appeared on the Program for entry into the Sweepstakes by visiting

All participants will be required to submit an entry into the Sweepstakes as outlined below and will be required to include with their entry the name of a featured celebrity guest star and the date that featured celebrity guest star appeared on the Program. In the event a featured celebrity guest star is not introduced during an airing of the Program, participants will still be eligible for entry into the sweepstakes by entering "None" and the appropriate date in the appropriate field of the entry form. Entries that do not include the correct information will be disqualified.
