Does anyone own this item or used it before? How does this compare to the Antec Notebook Cooler? I have v2 of the Antec Notebook Cooler and it's ok. Recently the USB power cable kinda broke and I had to 'fix' it, so I'm kinda in the market for a replacement. (Yes it has a warranty but it almost cost as much to send it in as to simply buy a new one. :( )
 
caution on shipping

This is the 1st time I ordered from frye/outpost.com When in the cart, I entered in my zip code and entered ground shipping, and $0 was displayed.

However, after filling out the billing info, the final confirmation page changed the shipping to 2nd day, and I had to click the link for ground shipping to change it to free shipping.

I could excuse defaulting to 2nd day, but not after the user specified ground shipping earlier.

Anyhow, if you want free shipping, it appears you will must change the default on the final confirmation page.
 
I had the antec and i thought it was garbage. Im pretty sure all of these things don't really work well, and if they do its only because it's elevating your laptop off a hard surface
