Verbatim 100-pack 16x DVD+R Spindle for $22.99 Shipped After Rebate

Pardon me for noticing, but it says "No Rebates!" yet there is a rebate. Do the posts on the main page get updates?
 
Also, this is for DVD-Rs not DVD+Rs. Although there's a rebate for the +R's as well.
 
Okay, I know this is the Stupid Question of the Century, but can I make CDs (audio music) out of these?

These will not play in a regular audio CD player, so if that is what you are looking at doing then no it will not work. You can use these to store music and/or files on, but just not able to listen to the music on a CD player.
 
These are DVDs not CDs.

Some day there be dvd audio players.
