YEAH, you are right...... product is not returnable. i got this few weeks back for $537 from Office Depot. Spoofee had a 15% off coupon that time. This product is discontinued by the ViewSonic.

Monitor is just awesome though. display is really sharp. If you need it really bad.... go get it...... or I would wait for the thanksgiving sale.......
