Press Add Cart then checkout, fill in information (I didn't put a company name and it continued)....also if you don't like filling out credit card info like me, I pushed the "accept without labels" button and it processed through I'm just hoping I recieve it...Good luck!

I've received business cards and address labels from them. But be careful if you want to purchase anything.....

Well I ordered my free stuff but balked at the charges for shipping...so I cleared my cart and moved on.
