Last I heard, the governor and mental health advocates were trying to convince the president of Vermont Teddy Bear Co. to take it off the shelves. Looks like they succeeded. The President said they would stop selling them the day after Valentine's Day, and wouldn't sell them again. Might be a good collectors item. I just ordered one on January 21st, looks like just in time! It shipped yesterday.
