Walgreens - Free 8x10 Scrapbook Page

thanks. This is a new concept for me, so I need to figure out what to do ... after I have some coffee. LOL

I agree slyrn. I need coffee first too but the choices of pages look really cute.:lol:

Wow these Walgreens specials are totally awesome. I've been on the deal like every day.

yesterday's code worked even at like 1AM this morning- what times do the codes switch every day?

Thanks! A little time consuming as I kept hitting 8x10 and it kept going back to 8x8 but it still accepted the code. Then it told me my store wasn't really there but then it believed me! :teeth: Great post. Can pick it up this afternoon. Now that is service!:clap:

was anybody able to actually get it in an 8x10? Everytime i have clicked on 8x10 it goes back to 8x8

It said 8x8.. Between this glitch and their website going offline for hours- I think they need help!
 
Where it says choose your layout, click on the 8 x 10 tab, then click on the little picture of the sample that comes up in the box , then click on "create this scrapbbok page" button which is blue. Works every time for me and I got 3.
 
Here's the story, morning glory: After getting the 8 x 8 result over a dozen times I called Walgreen's and they couldn't have been nicer.

When you are at the site, click on the scrpabooking section where it offers you all the choices of designs/layouts, etc. BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A DESIGN to your right on the screen is a small column that says "filter your results" and the very top choice is the size indicator. Pull down the menu to indicate 8 x 10...THEN choose your page design and proceed. It worked perfect for me after that.

I explained that I had been using the "choose size" option once I chose the design to no avail and she said that she and her supervisor had made a request for this to be looked into as it would not work for them either when trying to assist my call.

Confusion! (posted in the wrong thread b4 sorry!)

Apparently these deals are too much for many store clerks. I submitted mine last night and sent in 20 shots, and used the code.

She rang it up- I thought she'd just hand me the packet and say HAVE A NICE DAY! But instead she said That's $4.03.. I was like.. Umm no- its supposed to be FREE...

She said that's for 20 free- you must have ordered 40.

I said I don't think so, so she opens the packet and starts counting.. I was like ummm, these are shots from Jamaica where people don't wear much- I'm just warning you!! I intentionally didn't have any shots from the FRONTS, but there were plenty of bare backsides on beaches, toga parties, etc.

She just kept counting them, but slowed down, and smiled..

Anyhow- she ends up calling the MANAGER over to override it to get $0. The manager was like "he must have too many photos" and starts counting too! I say "She already COUNTED THEM!!".. The other lady spoke up and said "Ya- he has 20, smiling at me.."

So the manager presses some button and the drawer pops out and the thing says $0..

So it all turned out OK, just a litle weird having the lady study my vacation shots!?!
 
Can't wait to see how they turn out. Said it won't be ready till Monday - but no biggie :)

This seems to be doing the trick~my BFF (ha ha) had been swearing at the computer trying to get the 8 x 10 to work and this little pre-step had it go right thru!

They're on CST. The discount will work until 12AM CST.
