That's a good price. Darn, I just bought a 250 gig WD drive from NewEgg for $80. This is not a refurb?
 
does this come with a warranty? I only see fry's warranty info on the site :-\

I guess its just preference, but i would rather spend an extra $40, and buy a 500GB Seagate (from newegg.com) that comes with a 5yr warranty & 100 extra GB.

This is a good deal though, granted it comes w/ the standard 3yr warranty.
