This is an ok deal. You can find 1tb external hd's on newegg for a few dollars cheaper, but this is pretty good for 7200rpm + 3yr warranty. USB2 sort of sucks though - esata is much faster.

But this is network storage accessible over a LAN or WAN. Network storage generally doesn't go for $200/TB.
