Most retailers sell the drive for $99.95 not Dell's $89.95, but you may have a good reason to shop another seller (like Dell sells out, raises their price, etc.).

Personally, I'm going to hold on to the PDF and see if I have a need in the next few weeks - $69.95-79.95 for a 2 Gig SATA drive is a good deal, but remember these are 5,400 RPM drives with 64 MB caches - great for storage, but not the fastest drives available.
