What do you think Silda should do?

Silda is the X-First Lady of New York.

I think Silda should follow the example of the earlier First Lady of the United States and handle it the same way she did (whatever that was - I'm sure Hillary would be happy to share her experience if Silda asked).
Once past that, Silda can then use the incident to ramp up for a position in the State Legislature (I'm sure NY would elect her) to expand on her political experience and then make a future bid to run for Governor of NY a couple of terms from now. With all that experience she can make her experience her platform.

She's not in that class. The model is to be the woman behind the man and then aspire to where you got him. She didn't get him to POTUS only GOTSONY so that should be her target.

Sorry - by model I meant example. Kerstin is another thread and hardly a "model" in any sense of the word here. Possibly she is following the "Monica Model" but that is just being playing a bit part of a "bigger plan".
I am personally getting a deeper understanding of where Michael Crichton and such authors get their ideas from - truth can certainly seem stranger than fiction.
